RETURNS
Materials in salable condition may be returned only with prior written authorization from Abrams & Company Publishers, Inc. For authorization, call or write to our Customer Service Department in Waterbury, CT. Include the title, catalog order number, and quantity of materials to be returned. If possible, include the date of invoice and invoice number. We will respond with return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns must be shipped to our Waterbury, CT, warehouse PREPAID. (No CODs)

- All school orders must be on a purchase order and signed by an authorized official of the school and/or district. All orders from individuals must be prepaid. All first-time orders from private institutions must be prepaid. We accept checks, Visa or MasterCard. A credit application may be submitted for future orders.
- Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
- Shipping and handling is 10% with a minimum of $8.00. This amount will be added to your order. All orders from outside the 48 contiguous states are actual shipping plus 5%.
- Applicable state and local taxes will be added to the invoice.
- All accounts are due and payable within 30 days of invoice date.

PUBLISHER'S GUARANTEE
The following guarantee applies to all materials sold by Abrams & Company Publishers, Inc. If you are not entirely satisfied, within 30 days of receipt, you may return all materials that are still in salable condition for refund, credit, or replacement. All materials in sets or packaged format must be returned complete as sold.
